2.3 Professional Responsibility

Our engagement does not extend to business, tax, or accounting advice. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to enable proper legal assessment.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Service Confirmation

All services provided by EstateMatchLegal are initiated only after written confirmation of engagement and receipt of payment (where applicable). Upon confirmation, time is allocated and resources are committed to your matter.

3.2 Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a confirmed consultation or service:

  • You must notify us in writing via info@estatematchlegal.com as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may receive full credit toward future services, subject to review.

  • Cancellations made after service commencement may not be eligible for refund due to time and preparation already expended.

3.3 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payments or technical billing errors verified by us;

  • Non-delivery of service due to our inability to proceed;

  • Genuine administrative mistakes on our part.

In all other cases, fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as legal services are personalized and time-based in nature.

3.4 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Any transaction charges or third-party processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

3.5 Post-Service Review

If you are dissatisfied with the service outcome, please contact info@estatematchlegal.com. We will review your case and attempt to resolve concerns through clarification or corrective action, where feasible.

3.6 No Chargebacks without Contact

Clients are requested not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting EstateMatchLegal. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.

3.7 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to regulatory actions, technical failures, or natural events.
